FARMERS & FLEA MARKET:
Upon completion of the market makeover, we will have a total of 200 combined 10’x10′ selling spots, within the pavilions and canopies on the property. Our for regular vendors have now relocated within the pavilions. The canopies are being relocated just behind the pavilions for daily/weekend sellers and we will still have the $3.00 (+tax) yard sale tables between the two runs of canopies for The Great American Yard Sale every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
FESTIVAL FIELD & BELLEVIEW BOWL: In development
In order as per above, Festival Field (the “big back yard”) and adjacent areas (“special spacees”) can be setup right now, for your next event, gathering or presentation on this wonderful property. Belleview Bowl is a planned “mini-amphitheatre” in the front lower portion of the property with a new parking area on the front hilltop towards U.S. 441 from the antique store.
Also in the planning stages are “tiny stores” (specialty shop sheds along the upper front fence line) possibly with extended days/hours of operation.
OAKEN GROVE WORSHIP AREA: In development
To be nestled within and just beyond the beautiful stand of old oak tress (Oaken Grove) is a place for “A Church With No Walls”, more specifically Christ Our Lord Community Church (Protestant/Reformed, Non-denominational) which will begin regular Sunrise Services and special gatherings soon at this location.
E.A.G.L.E.S. RETREAT CENTER: In development
Being planned by the Economic Alliance for God, Liberty, Education and Security (E.A.G.L.E.S. is a Florida not-for-profit/501(c)3 in organizational processes and purchaser-in-progress of the real estate from the present owner/operator.) A place for church groups to gather for retreats, set within the agricultural beauty of land and to help keep it clean, healthy and reflective of His Creation through volunteer contributions and efforts.
